These Terms of Service apply to all purchases from Carzstore.pk, an online store for car accessories based in Lahore, Pakistan. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & compatibility

We describe our products and show real product photos as accurately as possible. Many items are made for a specific car model and year, so please choose the correct model and year before ordering. If you are not sure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

3. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability may change without notice. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

4. Orders & advance payment

  • Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of a small advance: Rs 300 for orders under Rs 5,000, or Rs 500 for orders of Rs 5,000 and above.
  • The advance is deducted from your total and the remaining amount is paid in cash on delivery.
  • Orders without an advance may be cancelled after 24 hours.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, or the order appears fake. Any advance paid will then be refunded in full.

6. Returns, exchanges & refunds

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

7. Installation

Some products require professional fitting. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

8. Use of the website

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, place fake orders, or copy our content and images without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
