Shipping Details

• Delivery charges: Rs 200 for orders under Rs 5,000, Rs 300 for Rs 5,000 – 9,999 and Rs 400 for Rs 10,000 and above.
• Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of a small advance (Rs 300 for orders under Rs 5,000 / Rs 500 for Rs 5,000 and above). The advance is deducted from your bill. How to pay the advance.
• Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or in case of excess demand.
• We confirm each order via call/sms or WhatsApp from our Customer Service Representative if you are a new customer.

Exchange, Returns & Refunds

• Request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, not fitted, and in its original packaging with all parts.
• Exchange: when you send your parcel to us, your replacement parcel is dispatched the same day we receive it.
• Return: returns are processed within 3–5 working days, and your refund is issued the same day the return is approved.
• The courier charge for sending a return or exchange parcel to us is paid by the customer.
• Refunds are sent by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
• Received a damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days with photos or a video and we will fix it.
